Web Design

Frequently asked questions about website design, infrastructure, and site management.

1.How long does a website project take to complete?

The timeline depends on the scope of the project. We deliver corporate websites in an average of 7 to 10 business days depending on the package, and e-commerce projects in around 15 business days; content preparation and approval processes may extend this. We share a clear schedule at the start and keep you informed at every stage.

2.Are the sites you design mobile-compatible?

Yes, we develop all our sites with a mobile-first (responsive) approach. We deliver a flawless look and high speed on phone, tablet and desktop; since Google treats mobile-friendliness as a ranking factor, this is our standard for both user experience and SEO.

3.Do you use ready-made templates, or custom design?

We design every project specifically around your brand's identity, goals and target audience. Instead of the limitations of ready-made templates, we build an interface and structure unique to you, setting your brand apart from the competition and creating a site that fits your needs perfectly.

4.What platform do you use for the site infrastructure?

We usually build your sites on WordPress, the most widely used content management system in the world. This gives you an infrastructure that is easy to manage, updatable, SEO-friendly and flexible in the long run; depending on your needs, other technologies can also be considered.

5.Can I update my site’s content myself afterward?

Of course. We deliver your site with an easy-to-use admin panel that requires no technical knowledge; you can comfortably update text, images and pages yourself. If you prefer, you can also take advantage of support packages where we handle content and maintenance for you.

SEO & Visibility

About top rankings and organic traffic on search engines.

1.Do you offer SEO, and will my site rank higher on Google?

Yes; we offer holistic SEO, from technical SEO to content optimization. Since rankings depend on your industry, the competition and the keywords you're targeting, no one can guarantee “number one”; but with a well-built strategy we boost your visibility and organic traffic for the long term.

2.When do SEO efforts start showing results?

SEO is a sustainable, long-term effort. The first positive movements are usually observed within 3–6 months; strong, lasting results take shape over time with consistent work. Throughout the process, we share progress transparently with regular reports.

3.Will my newly built site automatically show up on Google?

After your site goes live, it takes some time for Google to crawl and index your pages. To speed up this process, we submit your sitemap, set up Search Console and apply core technical SEO settings so your site is indexed correctly.

4.Is regular content or blog posting necessary for SEO?

Regular, high-quality content is one of the strongest building blocks of SEO. Blog posts and pages prepared on the topics your audience is searching for help you show up for more keywords in search engines and build trust with your visitors; we provide content support for this too.

5.My competitors are ahead of me — can we overtake them?

Competitor analysis is one of the core steps of our SEO strategy. By examining your competitors' strengths and weaknesses, we identify the opportunities that will set you apart; with the right moves on the technical and content side, we aim to close the gap over time.

Graphic Design

Questions about logos, corporate identity and print design.

1.Do you design logos and corporate identities?

Yes; we design all brand elements such as logos, corporate identity, business cards and letterhead. By creating a memorable visual language that reflects your brand's values and stays consistent across every medium, we help you build a professional corporate image.

2.Do you also prepare social media visuals?

Yes, we design posts, cover images and campaign visuals for social media. With eye-catching, engagement-boosting designs that match your brand's visual identity, we make your accounts look professional and consistent.

3.I have an existing logo — can you refresh it?

Of course. We can refresh your existing logo with a modern approach while preserving your brand history (rebranding), or offer a completely new design. We’ll evaluate together which path suits your brand best and recommend the right solution for you.

4.Can we get the source files for the designs?

Yes; if you request it, we share print- and digital-ready outputs of the designs we deliver, along with the source files. That way you have full say over your brand elements and can easily use them for different needs down the line.

5.Do you design for print too?

Yes; we prepare all print-oriented designs such as brochures, catalogs, posters, signage and packaging. We deliver the work to print standards, with the right dimensions and color profiles, so you don't run into issues at the printing stage.

Process & Support

About our workflow, communication and post-launch support.

1.How does your process work?

The process starts with a needs analysis and an initial meeting; it then proceeds through proposal and planning, design, development, testing and launch. We get your approval at every stage and make adjustments based on your feedback, so the end result is exactly right for your brand.

2.Do you provide technical support after the site goes live?

Yes, we're with you after launch too. We offer optional maintenance and support packages for updates, backups, security and performance; you can easily reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp about anything on your mind.

3.How will we communicate during the project?

We assign every project a team that stays in regular touch with you. You can reach us easily by phone, email and WhatsApp and give feedback at every stage of the process; we'll share progress and approval steps with you transparently.

4.Do you handle the domain and hosting setup?

Yes, if you'd like, we manage the domain and hosting setup on your behalf. We recommend a fast, reliable hosting solution suited to your project and take on the entire technical setup so your site goes live smoothly.

5.If something goes wrong with my site, how quickly do you respond?

We make it a priority to respond quickly to your support requests. Especially in urgent situations that affect how your site runs, we step in first, pinpoint the source of the problem and take the steps needed to resolve it as fast as possible.

6.Where can I see examples of your previous work?

You can find a selection of the brands we have worked with on our References page and click the logos to view their websites live. The customer reviews on our Google Business Profile will also give you a concrete idea of the quality of our work.

Price & Quote

Questions about pricing, quotes and payment.

1.How do you determine your prices?

Since every project is unique, we offer pricing tailored to your needs rather than a fixed price list. The number of pages, the scope of the design, the features you want and add-on services like SEO are the main factors that shape the price; after our conversation, we'll give you a clear and transparent quote.

2.How can I get a quote?

You can easily request a quote by filling out the form on our contact page or by reaching us by phone or WhatsApp. After briefly hearing your needs, we'll share a quote covering the solutions and pricing that fit your project as soon as possible.

3.Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes; on projects we usually follow a payment plan with an upfront deposit at the start and the remaining balance on delivery. Depending on the project scope, we can split the payment into stages and agree together on a plan that's convenient and clear for you.

4.Can the quote you give change later?

The proposal we provide clearly covers the scope we’ve agreed on and applies to that scope. Only if you request additional features or services during the project do we let you know in advance and reflect it in the price after getting your approval; we don’t spring surprise costs on you.

5.Is there a regular monthly fee?

Website design is a one-time service; however, services like your domain name, hosting, and optional maintenance or SEO renew on a regular basis (annually or monthly). We clearly state which items are one-time and which are recurring in the quote, so you know exactly where you stand from the start.
